(Temporary) HR Employee

About the Role

As an HR Employee at Farm Trans, you will be responsible for supporting our German HR administration and ensuring that all employee documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You will play an important role in maintaining our personnel records and supporting employees and management with HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee files and HR documentation.

• Prepare, review, and process German employment contracts and personnel documents.

• Ensure all required employee documentation is complete and correctly maintained.

• Handle German HR forms, registrations, and administrative procedures.

• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.

• Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems.

• Assist with vacation, sickness absence, and other personnel administration.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure HR documentation is processed on time.

• Communicate with employees, management, and external parties regarding HR matters.

• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and take appropriate action.

• Ensure compliance with applicable German employment legislation and regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of German HR documents and personnel administration.

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar HR position.

• Good knowledge of German employment law and regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good command of English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and take responsibility.

• Reliable, accurate, and discreet when handling confidential information.

• Experience within the transport or logistics sector is an advantage.
