Job Description

  • Collaboration with other dispatchers

  • Resolving driver issues

  • Recording all relevant data related to the departure and arrival of drivers and vehicles for administrative processing in coordination with driver coordinators

  • Analyzing completed journeys

  • Monitor scheduled journeys in terms of punctuality, feasibility, and drivers’ working hours

  • Monitor driver data in relation to legal driving and rest periods

  • Provide advice to various planning departments regarding the availability of drivers

  • Ability to motivate drivers to take responsibility for their tasks and duties

Company Information

To expand our growing team, we are looking for dispatchers as soon as possible.

As a Dispatcher at Farm Trans, you are the first point of contact for our drivers and, together with the planning department, make sure that drivers and vehicles are used in the best possible way. Through your communication with our drivers, you contribute to their motivation.

In this role, you work in a small team and must be able to organize operations under pressure during peak hours. In addition, you collaborate with the driver coordinator and the human resources department to align and manage driver-related issues. Because you know the driver’s profession, you appreciate both the drivers’ challenges and the economic demands of the planning department, as well as the interests of our customers and the Farm Trans organization. The art lies in harmoniously aligning all these interests.
